We commit to thoroughly deep clean our rooms between each guest and all surfaces and fabrics will be disinfected to help keep you safe. For guests staying more than one night, daily housekeeping is optional and we understand if you don’t want us to enter your room during your stay. Hand sanitiser will be available as you enter our property and automatic anti-bacterial soap dispensers will be provided in your en-suite.
To keep everybody safe, check in will now be by appointment only. Please request a time between 3pm and 8pm and call ahead if you are running late. We may need to move your requested time by 15 minutes to ensure each guest can check in safely. We can arrange contactless check in if you prefer.
PLEASE NOTE EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO DEEP CLEANING OF OUR ROOMS.
For the foreseeable future our communal dining room will remain closed and breakfast will be provided for you to eat in the lounge area of your room, enjoying views across Loch Long. This will be provided with a trolley service which will be safely delivered outside your room at your preferred time for you to wheel in and relax in your own space.
We will provide you with a whatsapp number that you can use if your require any assistance or recommendations during your stay with us.
